During the weaving process, indigo-dyed warp yarns and undyed weft yarns are woven on old shuttle looms at low tension. Low-tension denim refers to fabric woven at a slower speed and with less tension on the loom. This technique results in a looser weave, giving the denim a softer texture, more natural fading characteristics, and a vintage-inspired, irregular, and rough rugged appearance. As part of the finishing process, the garment is pre-washed (also known as one-wash) to minimize shrinkage and enhance comfort. Furthermore, these jeans also feature five belt loops, selvage details along the interior outseam and inside the coin pocket, a leather patch positioned on the right side of the back waistband, a brand label from ONI Denim on the right back pocket, and a classic five-pocket design reinforced with rivets for added durability. These jeans have a relaxed straight fit with a button fly and a high-rise waist.
