These men's casual black denim jeans are proudly made in Japan by Studio D'Artisan (SDA Studio Dartisan), a brand known for its exceptional craftsmanship. Designed in a classic five-pocket style with a regular fit and a straight-leg silhouette, these jeans feature 18 oz. selvedge denim, dyed using Amami Dorozome - a traditional Japanese mud-dyeing technique - through Studio D'Artisan's unique manufacturing process. These jeans blend the timeless five-pocket design with Japanese aesthetic elements, seamlessly combining a deep, natural earth-tone black with modern casual style. These jeans are made from 100% cotton, non-stretch, unlined, single-layer 18-ounce denim fabric. During the weaving process, both the warp and weft yarns are carefully dyed with indigo and woven into denim. After the fabric is tailored into jeans, it goes through multiple rounds of hand-dyeing by skilled craftsmen using Amami Dorozome, a traditional Japanese mud-dyeing technique. By layering the mud-dye over the indigo-dyed yarns, the fabric develops a deep, richly textured jet-black color with subtle hints of blue and brown - distinct from a flat, solid black. As part of the finishing process, the garment is pre-washed (also known as one-wash) to minimize shrinkage and enhance comfort. These jeans also feature five belt loops, selvage details along the interior outseam, a leather patch positioned on the right side of the back waistband, and a classic five-pocket design, including back pockets adorned with decorative stitching, reinforced with rivets for added durability. These jeans has a regular straight fit, button fly, authentic mid-rise, straight to the leg opening (slightly taper down to the leg opening) with classic five-pocket design.
